UEG Week National Scholar Award - Dr. Sudarshan Parasmothy

 

AGIRF is proud to announce that Dr. Sudarshan Paramsothy was the recipient of a National Scholar Award at the United European Gastroenterology Week 2016 in Vienna.  This award is designed to identify and nurture promising investigators at a junior level, encouraging early career researchers.  Dr Paramsothy received his award for his work on The FOCUS Study with an abstract entitled “Faecal Microbiota Transplantation (FMT) in Ulcerative Colitis (UC) is associated with Specific Bacterial Changes: Stool and Colonic 16S Microbiota Analysis from the Randomised Controlled FOCUS Study.”
